By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Services and accounts

We provide access to blockchain infrastructure endpoints (including Ethereum and compatible networks), usage metering, documentation, and account features where you register an API key or similar credentials. The exact scope of methods, chains, rate limits, and compute-unit rules is described in our product pages and documentation and may change from time to time.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Fees and payment

Paid plans, where offered, are billed according to the pricing published on the Site at the time of purchase or renewal, unless you have a separate written agreement with us. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your use of the Services.

Where a subscription renews automatically, you may cancel in accordance with the instructions in the dashboard or your order confirmation. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation;
• overload, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the Services or other users’ use;
• use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorised automated traffic intended to evade limits;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to access another user’s account or data;
• reverse engineer our software except where mandatory law permits.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated or if continued provision would risk security, stability, or legal compliance.

4. Third-party networks

The Services connect to public blockchain networks operated by third parties. We do not control those networks and are not responsible for consensus changes, protocol bugs, reorganisations, or asset price movements. You remain solely responsible for your on-chain decisions and for compliance with laws applicable to crypto-assets in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Site, dashboard, documentation, branding, and underlying software. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal development purposes in line with your plan.

You may not copy, frame, or mirror the Services for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms where applicable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Services will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where the law does not allow such a cap.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Term and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with notice where reasonable, or immediately if required for security, law, or serious breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of București, Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under EU or local law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or dashboard notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
